He is survived by: his mother Peggy Richter (Waddle); his daughters, Taasha Smith (Todd) of Lenexa, Stesha Rathbun (Keith) of Garden City and Marisha McDonald (Shawn) of Goodyear, Arizona; his grandchildren, Jett, Aniston, Ellsie, Vivie Smith, Jakobe, Porter, Baker Rathbun, Cohen, Eily and Foster McDonald; his brothers, Thomas Richter (Carrie Ann) of Edmond, Michael Richter (Lori) of Goddard and Brian Richter (Kim) of Sterling; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Richter (Megan), Ryan Richter (Tessa), Cody Richter, Cameron Richter, Taylor Richter, Blake Richter and Riley Richter.
