It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Jean Sandy of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Nash, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Lavene Vadell Cranston; and her sister Shelli Ehret. She is survived by: her stepfather Don Cranston of Wichita; her children, Chianna Hemken (Brent) of Larned, Maria Cavender of Great Bend, Kristopher Kilgore of Ellinwood and Madisen Woodruff (Austin) of Ellinwood; her stepsons, Billy Sandy of Great Bend and Corey Sandy (Josh) of Wichita; and her sister Sharon Schartz of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorials have been designated to the Sandra Sandy Memorial Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
