We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 94, Ruth Eleanor Liston of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vogel and Alma Vogel (English); her son Kevin M. Liston; and her son-in-law Frank McDonald. She is survived by: her children, John C. Liston of New Castle, Wyo, Matthew P. Liston (Kim) of Larned, Kan., Mary Ellen Liston of Reseda, Calif, Kathleen M. McGahee (Michael) of Woodstock and Patricia Neybert (Ken) of Ellijay; her grandchildren, Sean McGahee, Jennifer McGahee, Anna Wilbanks, Daniel Liston, Richard Liston, Sarah Betzen and Patrick Liston; and her daughter-in-law Janet Liston-Polley. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
