He is survived by: his wife Bernita Wagoner; his children, Rodney Wagoner (Alicia) of Kansas City, Missouri and Karen Seems (Kevin) of Great Bend, Kansas; his siblings, Larry Wagoner (Sherry) of Salina, Art Wagoner (Terry) of Lincoln, Kenny Wagoner (Karen) of McPherson, Kansas and Sharon Gagnon of Grainfield, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Chris Seems, Tyler Seems, Megan Wagner, Morgan Wagner, Riley Wagner, Brianna Wagoner, Nicole Wagoner, Ryan Wagoner and Brooke Wagoner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
