With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Sue Wornkey (Great Bend, Kansas), born in Hoisington, Kansas, who passed away on November 18, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert J. Sander and Joyce M. Sander (Burkhart); her son Darren Robert Wornkey; and her siblings, James Sander and Patricia Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Ray Wornkey, Sr.; her sons, Shawn Wornkey (Mitch) of Raleigh, N. C., Steven Ray Wornkey, Jr. of Great Bend, Ala and Chad Dale Wornkey of Great Bend; her sisters, Sharon Fox of Manchester, Debbie Shank of Hays, Shirley Tomlin of Great Bend and Connie Sander of Black Hawk, Colo; and her grandchildren, Blake Stevens Wornkey, Dylan Dakota Wornkey, Heaven Marie Wornkey and Nicholos Ray Wornkey.
