He was predeceased by: his parents, Champion Frederick and Marie Alice McNett (Ward); and his brother Champion "Butch" McNett. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. McNett of Great Bend, Kansas; his children, Raymond McNett II of Plevna, Terry Steele of Oceanside, Grant McNett of Great Bend, Jason, Becky Richardson (Charlie) of Hoisington, Geana Houser (Jeff) of Salina, Casey Orr (Heath) of La Vista, Laura Linsner (Jared) of Great Bend and Lisa Linsner (Trevor) of Great Bend, Kansas; and his siblings, Marvin McNett (Marcia) of Sylvia, Fred McNett of Great Bend, Kansas, Catherine Johnson (Howard) of Great Bend and Janice Melder of Elmer, Louisiana. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial Donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
