She was predeceased by: her parents, Federico Santoyo and Santos Santoyo (Saucedo); her husband Julio Palacios; her son Eleazar Palacios; and her brother Isidro Santoyo-Saucedo.
She is survived by: her children, Manuel Santoyo of Garden City, Julio Palacios of Great Bend, Luis Palacios of Juarez Chihuha, Mexico, Norma Martinez of Garden City, Olivia Briones of Austin, TX, Angelica Escobedo of Great Bend and Maria Garcia of Grand Island, NE; and her sister Maria Enedina Santoyo. She is also survived by twelve grandsons and thirteen granddaughters and many great grandchildren.
