She was predeceased by: her parents, William Temple and Christine Temple (Hicks); and her husband David Michael Johnson. She is survived by: her son Mike Johnson (Linda) of Great Bend; her grandsons, Chad Johnson of Wichita and Kyle Johnson of Casper, Wyoming; and her brothers, Rex Temple (Debbie) of Odessa and Dearl Temple of Rio Hondo, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
