She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell A. Carson and Ella Pearl Carson (Smith); her husbands, Elmer A. Leeper and Carroll W. Manning (Katy); and her brothers, George Carson and Bobby Carson.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel Ratlief of Geneseo, KS, Dennis Ratlief of Spring Hill, TN and Arlinda Ehler of Amarillo, TX; her brother Rusty Carson of Great Bend, KS; and her stepson James Leeper of Duncan, OK. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
