He is survived by: his parents, Michael Moore of Valley Center and Christa Morrison (Donald) of Great Bend; his girlfriend Denise Allende of Wichita; his daughter Emma Allende; his siblings, Nathan Moore of Great Bend, Jamie Moore of Great Bend and Katrina Moore of Great Bend; his stepsiblings, Phillip Demel of Great Bend and Rabecca Demel of Great Bend; and his grandparents, Dennis and Josie Morrison of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
