He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Troy, Corey, Stacie, Lindsay and Larissa; and his siblings, John Green (Mandy) of Lawrence, Henry Green (Cheryl) of Lawrence, David Green of Hutchinson and Bridget Johnson (Robert) of Richardson, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
