He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Calvin "Buck" and Dolores Irene Jaynes Estes; his sister Virena Walls; and his brother-in-law Tommy Walls. He is survived by: his daughter Kalla Miller (Mike Jr.); his grandchildren, Mason, Westen, Wyatt and McKay; his friend Carol Martin; and also, Desirea and Luna Belle.
