She was predeceased by: her parents, August Kuhn and Helen Kuhn (Dreiling); her husband LeRoy F. Wellbrock; and her siblings, August, Albert, Louis, Elmer, Ralph, Frank Kuhn, Alice Haselhorst, Dolorosa Berens, Leona Wellbrock and Juanita Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle Wellbrock (Sandy) of Anthony, Milissa Panning of Springdale and Mark Wellbrock of Naperville, Illinois; her grandchildren, AshLee Snyder (AJ), Brianna Wellbrock, Bess Wellbrock and KayLene Haney (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Emma, Quincey, Adrian Washington, Charles Maverick and Charlotte Isabel Haney; and her siblings, Ellie Dickerson, Norma Wellbrock, Jim Kuhn and Cliff Kuhn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Anthony Ministerial Association (for the Thrift Store) and can be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
