It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin J. Dreher of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Liebenthal, Kansas, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Dreher and Lucina Dreher (Sander); his children, Karen, Geralyn and Kevin Dreher; and his siblings, Alvin, Edward, Gary Dreher and Albina Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Dreher of Great Bend, Dean Dreher of Wichita, Diane Dreher of Great Bend and Debra Dreher of Wichita; and his sister Irene Helms of Mulvane.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated to the D.A.V., Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, all in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
