It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Renee Tammen (Great Bend, Kansas), who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Mathew Tammen; and her grandparents, Charles, Jaunis Tammen (Bose), Orval and Betty Hejny (Smith).
She is survived by: her parents, Debra Renee Tammen (Hejny) of Great Bend and David Lee Tammen (Lynn) of Albert; her brother Michael Tammen of Great Bend; her stepsisters, Amber Maneth of Westminster and Liston Marsh of Great Bend; and her nieces, Hailey Tammen and Riley Tammen.
Memorial contributions may be made to Golden Belt Humane Society or Peace Lutheran Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
