Mary Ellen Turley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Turley of Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William Raney. She is survived by: her mother Mary Raney (Meiers) of Buffalo; her husband Darrell Turley; her son Janzen Sangals (Sierra) of Osawatomie, Kan.; her stepdaughters, Darla Villalobos (Joe) of Great Bend and Dana Hernandez (Jorge) of Great Bend; her sisters, Nona Lee Wood of Fargo, N. Dak and Debra Sue Lindeman (Daniel) of Fair Grove; and her grandchildren, Nicole Rodriguez, Monica Tovar, Devon Hernandez, Alex Hernandez, Ashlynn Sangals and Brooklynn Sangals. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
