We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Linda Shields of Great Bend, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conard D. Armantrout and Karen (Nolder); and her husband Robert E. Shields. She is survived by: her brothers, Conrad Armantrout of Pink, OK and Conard Armantrout of Hanston, KS; her stepbrothers, Robin Skinner and Teddy Armantrout; and her sisters, Robin Belvin, Connie LaVato, Syndeity Dutton and Quina Armantrout of Noble, OK..
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cline's-Keithley Mortuary of Hays (1919 E 22nd St, Hays, KS 67601). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the LaCrosse City Cemetery (316 Peace St, La Crosse, KS 67548).
