She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Loutisha Moore (McKinster); her siblings, Lucian "Bud", Earl, James, Beatrice Kuhninhof, Mary Brunfield and Delphine Drum; her grandsons, Eric Douglas Moore and Chad Pack; and her children-in-law, Gary Buskirk and Donna Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Willis Pack; her children, Lonnie Pack (Patricia), Becky Armentrout, Marcia Crawford (Steve), Sheila Buskirk, Michael Pack, Paul Pack (Tia), Bart Moore (Christine) and Bret Moore; her siblings, Greg Moore (Terry), Barbara Cossin and Betty Chalmers; and her kitty Simba. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; four step grandkids; eleven step great grandkids.
As a breast cancer survivor, in lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated in her name to Breast Cancer Research Foundation, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
