She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Parker of Birmingham, Alabama; her grandson Nate Parker of Birmingham, Alabama; her nephew Edward "Ed" Mayer (Renee) of Arkansas City, Kansas; and her great-niece Tara Lynn Ellis (Kenneth) of Larned, Kansas..
