With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Ann Siemsen in Great Bend, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Siemsen; and her daughter Debbie Volavka. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Meyer (Scott) of Burrton, KS, Sheri Yager (Brian) of Great Bend, KS, Steve Siemsen (Sherry) of Holyrood and Julie Nienke (Bob) of Lorraine, KS; her brother James Mehl of Conway Springs, KS; and her son-in-law Mike Volavka of Caldwell, KS.. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (307 N Lincoln Ave, Ellsworth, KS 67439). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (301 E Nassau Ave, Holyrood, KS 67450).
