Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Lawrence Melton (Great Bend, Kansas), born in Malden, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 93, on February 2, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tarry Melton and Mary Jane Melton (Houchtin); his wife Pauline G. Melton; his children, Johnny Wayne Melton, Gary Melton and Glenale Stacy; and his grandson Steven Russom.

He is survived by: his children, John L. "Lawrence" and Loretta Byington of Festus, Missouri. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Gateway for Cancer Research at Cancer Treatment Centers of America – Tulsa, Oklahoma.
