It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Harris of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Pretty Prairie, Kansas, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Harris and Emma Harris; his sisters, Audrey Stamback, Julia Cole and Ellenna Newton; and his brothers-in-law, James Stamback and Gary Lyon.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughters, Pam Allender (Kendall) of Hutchinson, Kim Randall (Mark) of Great Bend, Jenni Wittig (Steve) of Great Bend and Tammi Krebaum (Kevin) of Salina; his siblings, Joe Harris (Harriet) and Amelia Lyon; his brothers-in-law, Jack Cole and Don Newton; his granddaughter Erika Ewing (Harley); his great grandchildren, Harley and Theodore; his grandchildren, Erin Bernard (Jon), Zane Allender, Jackson Randall, Jensen Randall and Jaiden Randall; his great grandchild Johnathan Randall; his grandson Dustin Swanson (Melissa); and his great grandchildren, Rydlie, Lennex, Coda, Chantell Wittig (Jordan McKenzie), Kade Krebaum, Megan Krebaum and Julianna Krebaum. He is also survived by grandkids and great grandkids were the love of his life.
