She is survived by: her parents, Gary Witham and Nancy Witham (Riggins); her children, Nicholas Welch (Christina), Jacob Welch and Jamie Welch; her brother Ray Witham; and her cousin Tammy Peters. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
