She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewald Kuhlman and Rose Kuhlman (Schwartz); her husband Anthony Demel; her sister Marian; and her brother-in-law James Rajewski.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Demel of Olmitz, Terry Demel (Vickie) of Richland and Judy Demel (Bruce Lawrence) of Great Bend; her brother Francis Kuhlman of Canyon Lake, Calif.; and her grandchildren, Rebekah Graham (Chris), Alethea Ashbaugh, Joe Ashbaugh (Kyleen), Catie Demel (John Montgomery), Kristen Beakley (Cameron), Melissa Demel, Matthew Demel and Jonathan Demel. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been designated to St. Ann Cemetery or Parkinson's Foundation, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
