She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Schartz and Mary Anna Schartz (Weber); her husband Paul R. Chisholm; her son Brad; and her siblings, Melvin N. Schartz and Norma Lee Garrett.

She is survived by: her son Scott Chisholm (Linda) of Great Bend, Kansas; her grandchildren, Ashley Gerhardt (Ryan) of Great Bend, Kansas and Brent Chisholm (Erin Ensley) of Great Bend, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Bexley and Korbyn Gerhardt.
