He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernhardt Deines and Josephine Deines (Krug); his wife June Norris; his daughter-in-law Cathy Deines; and his brother Kenneth Deines.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Deines of Pauls Valley, Okla. and Connie Cale (Chet) of Great Bend; his brother Steve Deines of Russell, Kan.; his grandchildren, Nicole Helfrich, Autumn Cale, Callie Cale (Gavin Rondeau), Cody Cale (Tammi), Tanner Cale and Lisa Espinoza; and his great grandchildren, Matilda Cale Rondeau, Henri Cale Rondeau, Arthur Cale Rondeau, Sophia Cale, Lincoln Cale and Gabriela Espinoza.
The family has requested memorials be made to St. Jude's Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis Tennessee 38101-9908 or to Shriner's Hospital for Children, P.O. Box 1525, Ransom, WV 25438.
