She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Middleton; and her daughter Jill J. Gregg (DeWald). She is survived by: her mother Anita Middleton (Waggoner) of Hill City, Kansas; her husband Cory D. DeWald of Great Bend, Kansas; her grandchildren, Gage DeWald and Hunter Gregg; her great grandchild Paisley DeWald; and her siblings, Lorne Middleton (Diana) of Gove, Dorne Middleton (Pam) of Hoisington, Kansas, Gwenna Payne of Gurley, Gina Oberle (Brian) of Odin and Paula Haughton (Ken) of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
