She is survived by: her sons, Michael Smith (Jo) of Great Bend and Christopher Smith (Stephanie) of St. John; her sisters, Judy Bullard of Great Bend and Sharon Cates of Topeka; her grandchildren, Presley, Delaney, Addison, Hallie, Dakota, Alyson, Hunter, Ava, Elizabeth and Andrea; her great grandchildren, Rylie, Zayne, Laney and Molly; and her daughter-in-law Dee Ann Smith of Hoisington.
