She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kowalsky and Hilda Kowalsky (Heinz); and her brother Terry Kowalsky. She is survived by: her children, Dale Komarek (Alicia) of Haslet, Texas, Tammy Komarek of Great Bend and Karen Niosi (Tony) of Loudon, Tenn.; her siblings, Glenda Heinz (Mark) of Ellinwood, Alan Kowalsky of Ellinwood and Kenny Kowalsky (Deb) of Ellinwood; her grandchildren, Sam McGinnis (Ashley), Avery Komarek, Andrew Komarek, Katherine Komarek, Olivia Komarek and Gabby Niosi; and her great grandchild Mac McGinnis.
