He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer E. Underwood and Harriett C. Underwood (Hawk); and his sister Ruby Jane Eppes of Yellville, AR.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jo Rush; his children, Heidi Jo Burton (Keith) of Great Bend, KS and Joseph E. "Joe" Underwood (Laura) of Vanleer, TN; his grandchildren, Valerie Morrell (Matt Seidel) of Pratt, KS, Lucas Burton (Janine) of Ellinwood, KS, Jeffrey C. "JC" Bosch (Jonna) of Heizer, KS, Corbin J. Bosch (Rachel Wiehl) of Heizer, KS, Kara A. Gentry (Brenner) of Dickson, TN, Katelyn Jo Underwood of Vanleer, TN and Sara J. Underwood of Vanleer, TN; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Lilly, Kaydalyn Burton, Arley Morrell, Colson James Bosch and Blake Bosch; and his siblings, Ann E. Perkins of Modesto, CA and Perry H. Underwood (Josie) of Prairie Village, KS. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
