We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 88, Jacob Leo Stremel of Great Bend, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob Stremel and Anna Stremel (Westhoff); his wife Peggy Stremel; his daughters, Susan Read (George) of Great Bend and Lisa Richmeier (Greg) of Great Bend; his grandchildren, John Read, Abbey Read, Shayla Richmeier and Bryce Richmeier; his great grandchildren, Hannah Caton and Scarlett Wilcox; and his siblings, John Stremel and Mary Catherine Nylund.

Memorials may be given to Prince of Peace Parish, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
