Siefkes of Great Bend; his children, Michael John Siefkes (Michelle) of Nashville, Jesse John Siefkes of Great Bend and Nicole Renee Siefkes of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brynn Allen (Brock), Cherstin Siefkes-Kane (Ryan), Davis Siefkes (Samantha), Nicholas Siefkes, Reece Siefkes, Henry Siefkes, Cyenne Pulliam and Hunter Pulliam; his great grandchild Frankie Siefkes-Kane; and his sister Charlotte Young (Dwight) of Great Bend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
