He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hollembeak and Twylah Hollembeak (Schmidt); his sister Brenda Royce; and his brother-in-law Ron Laudick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hollembeak; his daughters, Sara Renee Ford (Chris) of Great Bend and Ashlei Dawn Hollembeak of Great Bend; and his siblings, Bruce Hollembeak (Jeanne) of Lee's Summit and Paula Laudick of Wichita.
