It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Joy Cook (Great Bend, Kansas), born in Portis, Kansas, who passed away on March 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bihlmaier and Reta Bihlmaier (Wolters); her husband I. Doyle Cook; her daughters, Susan Cook and Rhonda Dobbs; and her brother Gene Bihlmaier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jana Murray (Tom) of Great Bend and Sheryl Mauler of Great Bend; her son-in-law Dallas Dobbs; and her grandchildren, Ashley Orewiler (Scott), Susan Bonczyk (CJ), Haley Dobbs, Jessica Dobbs, Caitlyn Johnson (Kyle), Brandon Mauler (Mindy), Rebecca Karlin (Matt), Trenton Mauler (Chelsea) and McKenna Mauler. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
