He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber T. Ensley and Lettie L. Ensley (Skinner); his wife Evalee M. Cooper; his daughter-in-law Diane Ensley; and his siblings, Edwin, Lucille, Neva, Virginia, Donna Lou, Retta and Gretta.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ensley of Great Bend, Kevin Ensley (Tammy) of Great Bend, Dr. Dennis Ensley of Great Bend, Gregory Ensley (Jan) of Great Bend, Connie Ensley of Great Bend and Bonnie Achatz (John) of Wichita. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
