He was predeceased by: his father Florencio Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Garcia (Torres) of Tula; his wife Maria Garcia of Great Bend, Kansas; his children, Jorge Garcia (Yesenia) of Great Bend, Kansas, Silverio Garcia (Judith) of Great Bend, Kansas, Jose Garcia (Dara) of Great Bend, Kansas, Gaby Guerra (Ivan), Concepcion Sanchez (Juan) of Great Bend, Imelda Garcia (Camilo) of Tula and Selene Aranda (Domingo) of Santanta, Kansas; and his siblings, Eliseo Garcia (Luisa), Domingo Garcia (Julia) of Laredo, Alfredo Garcia (Silvia) of Tula, Luis Garcia of Mulberry, Florencio Garcia (Angela) of Great Bend, Kansas, Manuela Vasquez (Juan), Lorena Hernandez (Rogelio) of Tula and Estela Astello (Eduardo). He is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
