He was predeceased by: his son Curtis Bugner; his son-in-law Cory Chambers; and his siblings, Mildred Kampling, Norma Jean Bestgen and Frank Bugner.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene of Wichita; his children, Bradley Bugner (Tammie) of Wichita, Cynthia Niederee (David) of Derby, Julie Smith (Mark) of Pawnee Rock and Jill Chambers of Great Bend; his daughter-in-law Nita Bugner of Wichita; his sisters, Alberta Hartman of Denver and Marilyn Ferrell of Texhoma, OK; and his grandchildren, Ben Niederee (Catie), Joe Niederee (Maura), Amy Niederee, Stephanie White (Nate), Ashley Louvar (Grant), Brooke Marshall (Andy), Olivia Lopez (Cody), Peter Smith, Alexandra Beasley (A. J.), Hannah Sizemore, Mikel Bugner and Sophia Chambers. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated to the Holy Family Endowment Fund or St. Patrick's Church in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
