She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Adolph and Ethel Mary Macek (Miller); and her son Rick Klema. She is survived by: her husband John Klema; her daughters, Judy Ochs (Frank) of Great Bend and Carol Wiesner (Kevin) of Great Bend; her daughter-in-law Verna Klema of Hoisington; her brother Eugene Macek of Wilson; and her grandchildren, Brandon Ochs (Melissa), Brett Ochs (Cindy), Blake Ochs (Shelby), Shelby Wiesner and Becky Milsap. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
