Dutch touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O. Mannel and Fern Mannel (Smith); his brother Warren Mannel; and his former wife Stacey L. Mannel. He is survived by: his daughters, April M. Mannel of Great Bend and Amber Mannel of McPherson; and his siblings, Norman Mannel of Brookville and Pauline of Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
