He is survived by: his son David Sack (Laina) of Phoenix, Ariz.; his stepchildren, Robert Miller of Shawnee, Cathy Peacock of Las Vegas, Nev and Pam Finley of Great Bend, Kan.; and his sister Gail Williams of Russell, Kan.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
