It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Randall Hammon of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Lynch, Nebraska, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene and Eliza Hammon (Wellman); his wife Mary; and his son Larry Hammon. He is survived by: his brother Donald of Parma, Idaho; his daughter Debra Thompson (David) of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Mindi Beahm (David), Travis Thompson (Andrea), Dustin Thompson (Angela) and Lance Hammon; and his great grandchildren, Bennett, Emerson Beahm, Emma, Tristan Thompson and Kyrah Schnoebelen. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews as his family.
