He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrell J. Mead and Murel M. Mead (Richard); and his sister Beverly Moore. He is survived by: his children, Doug Mead, Jr., Toni Guyton and Sheri Mead; and his brother Richard Mead. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
