Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Don Phelps of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 87, on July 14, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phelps and Helen Phelps; his daughter Janet Bernstein; and his brother Glenn "Rick" Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his daughters, Laura Krzyzanowski (William) and Donna Colden (Jeffrey); his sister Bonnie Maupin; and his grandsons, Kolbe (Alia), Jamisen Krzyzanowski, Ian, Ryan Coldren and Julien Bernstein.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Holy Family Catholic Church in KCK, St. Joseph the Worker Church in Independence.
