He was predeceased by: his parents, Melchior Weis and Mary Weis (Goscha); his wife Joyce Weis; his siblings, Alfred Weis, Cletus Weis, Loretta Walker, Donna Johnson and Marlene Brier; his grandson Casey Weis; and his great grandchild Easton Weis.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Weis (Karen) of Salina, Jennifer Reynolds (Robert) of Guymon, Okla, Debbie Wood (Russell) of Spearville, Timothy Weis (Diane) of Fontana, Jeff Weis (Michele) of Edmond and Nikki Zamarripa (Paul) of Great Bend; and his brothers, Don Weis of Eudora, Bob Weis of Spearville and Marvin Weis of Syracuse. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and twenty five great grandchildren.
