He is survived by: his wife Sandy Miller; his son Marcus Mull of Great Bend; his siblings, Robert Mull of Seattle, Wash. and Emily Ferri (Joe) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and his close friends, Larry Lancaster, Ralph Reichuber and Leon Haselhorst.
