He was predeceased by: his parents, Bendedict Urban and Frances Urban (Schaffer); and his sons, Derreck, Devin Urban and Dexter Urban.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Urban; his children, Jerica Urban, Jenna Pitchford (Sasha) of Great Bend, Josh Pitchford (Sheila) of Ellinwood and Jeremy Pitchford (Jalissa) of Loma, Colo; and his siblings, Darrel Urban (Susan) of Bison, Darletha "Dar" Zimmerman (Duane) of Springfield and Diane Parker (Barry) of Great Bend. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
