He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Rose and Michelle Rose (Brungardt) of Great Bend; his sisters, Sarah Rose of Great Bend and Savannah Rose of Dallas, Texas; his nieces, Kayli Shull of Great Bend, Kynli Shull of Great Bend, Kortny Shull of Great Bend and Kamry Shull of Great Bend; his grandparents, Janice Rose, Lionel "Bud" of Great Bend and Linda Brungardt of Great Bend; and his aunts and uncles, Kevin (Cindy Brungardt), Chris (Ron Gilley), Donelle Brungardt of Great Bend, Mark Brungardt of Medicine Lodge, Karen (Steve Thier) and Keith (Kathryn Rose).
