She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob Boger and Salamena Boger (Radke); her husband Carl F. Cook; her daughters, Sally Tournear (Gary) of Great Bend, Anna Burke (Gary) of Great Bend and Pam Clark (Paul) of Peyton, CO; her grandchildren, Garrett Tournear, Kari Lankerd, Amy Larm, Scott Burke, Donny Clark and Amanda Clark; and her great grandchildren, Arlon Clark, Tanner Ford, Tommie Lankerd, Kian Tournear and Hayden Clark. She was also cherished by her mother and father; husband; one son, Don Cook; one grandson, Carl (Chuck) Tournear; two brothers.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to First Southern Baptist Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
