He is survived by: his parents, Cathy Whiting and Chuck Rousey; his stepmother Debbie of Muskogee, OK; his significant other David Hester, Jr.; his half-siblings, Maria Montgomery of Independence, Bobbie Richey of Oklahoma City, OK and Jake Rousey of Muskogee, OK; and his stepsister Carla Serrano of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
