She was predeceased by: her former husband Chester Vernon Cale (Wichita); her siblings, Bessie Mae "Peggy" Kraft (Carpenter), Delbert Carpenter, Orville Carpenter, Lucille Clark (Carpenter), Opal Hunt (Carpenter), Laverne Rutter (Carpenter), Wilbert Wilson "Billy" Carpenter, Virginia Carpenter, Ruby Veach (Carpenter) and John Lewis Carpenter; her children, Sue Carol Siegfreid (Cale), Shelley Denese Doggett (Cale) and Corby Lewis Cale; and her great grandchildren, Whit and Jude Hodes.
She is survived by: her children, Lon Patrick Cale (Nancy) and Chet Allen Cale (Connie); her great grandchildren, Susannah Weil (Jim Bob Weil), Niki Helfrich, Sarah Johnson (Dave Johnson) and Laura (Siegfreid); her husband Som Sengchan; her children, Somjai, Samuel, Solomon, Eliza Hodes (Eric Hodes), Autumn Cale, Eric Siegfreid and Callie Cale (Gavin Rondeau); her grandchildren, Matilda, Henri and Arthur; her children, Jeremy Cale and Audrey Pool (Matt Pool); her grandchildren, Simon, Bennett, Cora and Ruby Anne; her child J. P. Doggett (Adijatu); her grandchildren, Melody and Cody Cale (Tammi Cale); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Lincoln and Rebekah Haines (Cale); her nephew Marvin; and also, Rowdy, Roan, Rhett, Reed, Aubrey, Joshua, Tanner Cale and Corbin Cale. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
Memorials have been designated to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
